If you are not satisfied at any time in the first year, take a picture of your tree and let us know. We will be happy to send a replacement or a refund.

We have a one year warranty on this tree. If you are not satisfied at any time in the first year, take a picture of your tree and let us know.
What should I do if my order hasn’t been delivered yet?
If you have not received your tree after (one week) please let us know. We will do our best to resolve the situation and will send a new tree to you with two day shipping.
Will an item be back in stock?
Yes, the Tree4All trees will be back in stock! Don’t worry! We are sorry for the inconvenience of you having to wait. Unfortunately since these are special trees they do take time to produce and we occasionally run out of stock, but have no fear, they’ll be back!
